Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)-

The Technical Advisory Committee shall provide technical assistance and oversight to NAVANA Labs, Inc. and its senior management as well as NAVANA Labs partnership facilities. This Committee may recommend to NAVANA Labs, Inc. and its senior management the adoption, amendment, or repeal of practices, standards, criteria, and procedures as it deems necessary and advisable for implementation its Quality Program, ISO certification, and any applicable provincial, state or national Laboratory Accreditation Program.

TAC Members-

1.     Thomas Cook, Director and Senior Executive, TAC Chair (ex officio member).

2.     Greg Powers, President and Chief Operating Officer NAVANA LABS, Inc., TAC Vice Chair.

3.     Lee S. Rigsby, President Vanguard Solutions and Interlab Inc., representing a laboratory standard, reference materials, audit and certification background. 

4.     Doug Lownehaupt, Lowenhaupt and Associates, formerly Group Leader – Carbonization and Petrography Laboratory, Consol Energy, representing an industrial coal testing laboratory background. 

5.     Pal Sharma, Elk Valley Environmental Services, Inc., representing a commercial coal and environmental testing laboratory background. 

6.     To be named representative from a commercial water and environmental laboratory background. 

7.     To be named representative from a First Nation partner.
